A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Payment terms for the remaining balance will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Kruger’s Rest Guest House reserves the right to release any provisional booking if the required deposit is not received within the specified timeframe.
Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will qualify for a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after written confirmation of cancellation has been received.
All rates displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Pricing may vary according to season, availability, demand, public holidays, special events, or other operational considerations.
The final and confirmed rate will be reflected at the time of booking through the online booking platform or in a written quotation provided directly by us.
